Pippin Drysdale

Tanami Mapping I: New Porcelain Tablescapes and Vessels, Pippin Drysdale's stunning solo show at the Australian Embassy in Washington DC opened to great acclaim in February, and closed in early April. The exhibition was arranged in cooperation with Booker-Lowe Gallery, and was co-sponsored by the Government of Western Australia, the City of Perth, and Chevron. Embassy Cultural Relations Director Brendan Wall said it was the best-attended art exhibition hosted by the Embassy in several years!

Booker-Lowe Gallery's subsequent exhibition of 37 pieces from the Tanami Mapping I show was touted by Ceramic Arts Daily as one of the top five US exhibitions to see this summer, and earned accolades from Texas arts writers and collectors. Our show closed in early July.

Back home in Fremantle, WA, Pip has just completed a tablescape for loan to the Canberra residence of the American Ambassador to Australia, and is currently completing her major solo show for the prestigious Marianne Heller Gallery in Heidelberg, Germany, opening in early October.

We continue to stay in close touch with Pip, and can arrange commissions or purchases of her work for individual, corporate, or institutional collectors.
